André Papmehl, grew up in Italy,
studied European Business Administration at the ESB
Business School in London and Reutlingen (languages:
German, English, Italian). He has many years of
international experience as a senior executive focusing
on organizational development, HRM and customer
orientation. Before founding his own consultancy
company, he was head of personnel for Amazon in Germany.
He was previously
employed as executive manager in high-profile companies
such as Daimler and as Director Corporate Personnel in
charge of global HRM for a corporation (around 6,300
employees) with headquarters in Switzerland.
International experience in implementing sustainable
change management together with management, social
partners and employees. Intercultural experience in the
fields of training and adult education (e.g. HRM Master
program for future HR executives at the University of
Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland and FOM) and in-depth
experience as international management expert and
executive coach.
Numerous publications
on innovative management topics that have become parts
of the HR reading list since the 1990s. Papmehl
Management Consulting’s core area of expertise includes
HRM, OD and Interim Management.
